Questions

Before you enquire.

What do lessons cost?

One-to-one lessons are $85 for standard tuition, $110 for advanced and specialist, per 60-minute session. Small groups are $30 per student, per 90-minute session. Three of the eight courses are not covered by a published rate and are quoted on enquiry. Full rates are on the pricing page.

How do lessons run?

On Zoom. One-to-one lessons are 60 minutes; small groups are 90 minutes with 4–5 students grouped by ability. Written notes and worked examples follow every session.

What if we need to reschedule?

With 24 hours’ notice or more, the session is rescheduled without charge. With less, it is usually counted as used. Genuine emergencies are handled case by case.

What do parents receive?

Brief notes after key sessions, so you always know where things stand.

How do we know it’s the right fit?

That is what the free intro session is for: a chance to see the teaching style, the student’s level and whether the pace suits, before committing.
